The WFCM board members and staff are excited to welcome James "Jay" Ross to our Board of Directors. James B. Ross, Jr. is a devoted Deacon and member of the Mount Olive Baptist Church in Centreville, Virginia where he has served faithfully since 1996. James also serves as the Director of the Prayer Warrior Ministry, President of the Sanctuary Choir, a member of the Benevolence Committee, and a volunteer for the Mount Olive Food Bank. Aside from his primary responsibilities, he has incorporated his love of sports, specifically basketball, and working with the youth volunteering as a basketball coach for Mount Olive during specific church events. James is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. A graduate of DeVry Technical institute with a degree in Electronics, James retired from Lockheed Martin after 43 years of faithful service to Lockheed Martin and IBM (working for IBM for many years prior to IBM's federal system acquisition by Lockheed Martin). After many significant roles during his career, James retired as a Senior Sonar Production Engineer. We look forward to working and serving alongside Jay!
