Dan Reyes (President) joined the Board in February 2014. Currently working at CSC as a Systems Manager, Dan has over 35 years experience in various management positions including accounting, marketing, and sales operations. Active in his Church, he also delivers a monthly message to a local assisted living home for those who can’t make it to church. He has volunteered for the Katherine K. Hanley Shelter and for Rebuilding Together. Married for 35 years to Cindy, they have two grown children who also live in the area.
Andrew Casteel(Vice President) is a Vice President and financial advisor for WS Wealth Management, a boutique wealth management firm based in Tysons Corner, Virginia. He joined the WFCM board in 2016 and is currently the development committee chair. Andrew holds an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business (University of Virginia) and a BBA in Finance from the College of William and Mary. He lives in Gainesville, Virginia with his wife Lori and daughter Elizabeth.
Kevin Mikolashek(Treasurer, Finance Committee Chairman, Risk Management Committee Chairman) He is a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, a Jesuit parish in Washington, DC. Kevin served for over ten years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Alexandria, Virginia, leading complex investigations and representing the United States in civil litigation. He has also worked as Senior Counsel in the Enforcement Group at the Federal Reserve System Board of Governors, investigating large financial institutions. Earlier in his career, Kevin served in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps as a prosecutor, legal advisor, appellate attorney, and civil litigation attorney. Kevin holds a J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of Penn State University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. An Army brat, Kevin grew up around the world, from Germany to Japan. His home is now in Fairfax Station, Virginia, and between attending WFCM meetings and events, he runs to keep up with his wife and three kids.
Susan Cady (Secretary) joined the Board in April 2014. Currently working for BAE Systems as the Enterprise Asset & Configuration Manager, Susan has over 40 years experience in various IT and business management positions. Susan has been active at Church of the Ascension for 18 years and was very active Prince of Glory church in Minneapolis, Minnesota before that. Susan has been the associate director for her church’s summer camp for 17 years. Married for 33 years to Paul, they have a son in the Air Force currently stationed in Alabama, a son living in Florida and a married daughter who lives in the area with her husband and child.
Jesse Pirocchi Jesse became a believer as a teenager, when a friend challenged him to put his faith in Jesus alone, not good deeds, to guarantee salvation. After earning a degree in mathematics from Bucknell University, Jesse worked in information technology for almost 30 years. Jesse and his family became part of Chantilly Bible Church in 1992, and he joined CBC’s staff as the church’s administrator in 2006. He oversees the church’s policies, finances, building, human resources, communications and information technology. He also shepherds CBC’s strong partnership with WFCM. Jesse is from the Philadelphia area and is married to the girl of his dreams. His wife, Becky, grew up in the DC area.The Pirocchis have three adult children and two lively terriers.
